What We Teach

EveryBody Yoga teaches an all-levels yoga sequence designed to scientifically warm and stretch muscles, ligaments and tendons, in the order in which they should be stretched. Our posture series systematically moves fresh, oxygenated blood to one hundred percent of your body, to each organ and fiber, restoring all systems to healthy working order, just as Nature intended. Proper weight, muscle tone, vibrant good health, and a sense of well-being will automatically follow. Our 60 and 90 minute classes are suited for all levels of yoga practice. You will be challenged no matter what!

We also offer a more advanced series by invitation. Please talk to us if you are interested in attending these classes. We recommend a regular practice and at least 100 classes under your belt before you begin practicing the intermediate series. But expect to see your practice change dramatically once you do!

Are you injured? We can help! Our approach to yoga practice is therapeutic. Even with the most extreme injuries we can assist you. Come in early to class and talk to your teacher about your injury or condition, and remember, all you need to practice yoga is a spine.

Class Types

90 minutes

The original 90-minute class. 26 postures and 2 breathing exercises are performed in a room heated just above the body's core temperature. Suited to all levels of yoga practice. You will be challenged to matter what!

60 minutes

The condensed 60-minute class for those who need to squeeze yoga into a busy schedule. Moves at a slightly quicker pace than the 90-minute class. Suited to all levels of yoga practice.
